Small Electric DC Power Packs

Marine Propulsion Solutions – introduces a full series of Subsea Permanent Magnet Synchronous Electric / Hydraulic Integrated Power Packs. These robust pressure compensated HPU’s reflect demanding needs on submerged intervention spreads and hydraulic sub-systems. A wide range of variable displacement pumps and regulator options allow tight adaption to application specific requirements.

Units are fully self-contained circuit incorporating hydraulic pump. Pressure compensated reservoir, suction filter, pressure relief valve and electric motor drives with inlet/outlet connection points.

Small DC Hydraulic Power Units (HPU’s) offer adjustable pressures up to 200 bar / 3000 psi and is suitable for powering manipulators, tools etc. An integral, externally adjustable pressure relief valve is used to set system pressure and a suction filter is fitted within the integral pressure compensated reservoir (rated up to 3,000M Ocean Depth).

Reservoir with built-in Pressure Compensator and rated up to 3,000m Ocean Depth of Operation (operation greater than 2,500M will require an external compensator).

The units operate oil filled and compensated to ambient pressure. The housing is made from marine grade aluminum and hard anodized.
